Rental Potential Calculator information: the property characteristics you enter, and your contact details only when you choose to submit them.

To communicate with existing property owners about ongoing property management, and with guests about bookings and stays.

We process your information on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, on the basis of a contract or pre-contractual steps when we discuss or provide services, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business.
Prospective clients are contacted only about the enquiry they submitted, using their preferred contact method where indicated.
Existing property owners are contacted about their property, scheduled work, maintenance coordination and related practical matters.
We do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked for them.
This website is hosted by our website hosting provider, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the site securely.
Where a service requires it, we may share limited information with trusted service partners such as cleaning, maintenance or technical professionals working on your property.
Messages you send through WhatsApp or email are processed by those providers under their own terms.
